The Study Board for Danish, German, English, and Philosophy works to ensure quality, relevance, and coherence in education and teaching through collaboration between students and educators.

The Purpose of the Study Board

The purpose of the Study Board is to ensure the quality, relevance, and coherence of education and teaching. 

The board consists of elected representatives of teachers and students from Danish, German, English, and Philosophy and contributes to the joint development of the education program.

The Study Board covers the bachelor's and master's degree programs in Danish, German, English, and Philosophy.

Submitting an Application to the Study Board

Guidelines for applications on and applicable deadlines for exemptions and credit transfers can be found on your study page on mitsdu.
The application deadline is 7 days before a Study Board meeting.

Expected response time
The Study Board aims to reply to applications and inquiries within 14 days after a meeting.

Do you need to apply to your Study Board for funding for expenses, purchases or catering?
Use this form (in Danish) to apply for funding for an event, an excursion, one-off purchases/expenses or catering from the canteen.

Do you need to apply to your Study Board for funding for a guest lecture?
Use this form (in Danish) to apply to your Study Board for funding for a guest lecturer’s fee.
