As a permanent employee at SDU, you will be paid your monthly salary on the last banking day of a month.

Salary negotiations
At SDU, salaries for all employee (Danish and international) are negotiated once a year in connection with a new appointment. In most cases, the negotiation is handled by the employee's union representative, but in some staff groups the individual employee is responsible for negotiating their own salary.
Salary negotiations take place for three categories at SDU; AC/manager, HK and laboratory technicians; and the category others.
