Before you use Copilot
Here you will find guidance on cleaning up your data and accesses, ensuring your Microsoft Copilot Premium has the best possible data foundation to assist you in your daily tasks.
Give Copilot the best conditions – Clean up!
To function optimally, Copilot needs the best possible data foundation to work with. Below, you can find some short videos that explain what you can do. If you have data that you do not want Copilot to access, it must either be deleted or moved to other appropriate storage services outside of Microsoft's grounding. For example, this could be Nextcloud for research data, WorkZone for confidential and sensitive data – and personal equipment for private data.

You need MFA on your computer
Can’t access your Copilot Premium license? Perhaps you’re missing MFA (multi-factor authenticator) on your account.
You need MFA on your computer to access Copilot Premium because Copilot can view the same data that you have access to in M365. MFA is an identity protection measure that helps ensure that only you – and not unauthorized individuals – can access your data.
