Give Copilot the best conditions – Clean up!
To function optimally, Copilot needs the best possible data foundation to work with. Below, you can find some short videos that explain what you can do. If you have data that you do not want Copilot to access, it must either be deleted or moved to other appropriate storage services outside of Microsoft's grounding. For example, this could be Nextcloud for research data, WorkZone for confidential and sensitive data – and personal equipment for private data.

You need to activate Passkey - a new security feature!
All employees must activate Passkey, but it is especially important when you receive your Copilot Premium license. Perhaps you cannot access your Copilot Premium license at all? Then you are likely missing the security feature MFA (multi-factor authentication) with Passkey on your account. MFA is an identity protection measure that ensures it is only you – and not unauthorized individuals – who gain access to your data.
One way to ensure this is for all of us to have a so-called Passkey installed on our devices. Passkey is an access key that allows you to log in to your device in a different way than with a password. This could be with a fingerprint, facial recognition, or PIN code. This is what we in IT terminology call phishing-resistant multi-factor login. With a Passkey installed, you, and thereby SDU, are better protected against phishing and other attacks on the relevant SDU device, such as a computer or phone.
