At SEBE, a Working Environmental Group has been set up consisting of the head of department and an elected employee representative. The department’s current employee representative is Knud Sinding. The Working Environmental Group is a part of SDU’s occupational safety and health organization.
The Working Environmental Group of the department works to solve identified physical and psychological workplace problems as well as prevention of occupational injuries. On Campus, Esbjerg, several working environmental groups is collaborating about fire- and building conditions.
Every three years, a workplace assessment is undertaken through a questionnaire survey.
