License agreements for your spinout
Once your company has been established, it must obtain a license from SDU to secure the rights to develop and commercialise the invention your spinout is based on.
To make this process simple and efficient, it is possible to use the national standard license agreements for university spinouts (Model A and Model B).
These agreements were created jointly by all Danish universities and major industry organisations to ensure a fast, fair and transparent route from research to company formation.
