Find a specific article in full text from our electronic journals
- Start on the website of the University Library of Southern Denmark: www.sdunet.dk/library
- Click on “Electronic Journals” under the search box
- Search the journal title for example. Administrative science quarterly
The search is sent to the library base - Select the journal - if several entries are selected, the access will cover the year of the article
- On the page of the journal, you "click" your way to the right year and number (shown in the reference)
- Always print in PDF format if possible, as it exactly matches the printed version of the article

There may be several reasons why the journal is inaccessible:
- We do not have a subscription to the journal
Use the request form to order a printed copy of the article.
If the title can be found at another Danish library, the copy will normally arrive within 2-3 days. - We have a subscription to the printed version of the journal, but no online access
You can see if we have the journal in print via Summon. You can borrow the printed journal or order a copy of the article in print via the request form.
- We used to have online access to the journal
In our list of electronic journals you can see which titles and volumes we have online access to.
Please contact e-tss@bib.sdu.dk (phone 6550 2632) if the missing access is caused by a technical problem. Remember to describe what you are trying to access and the error you have encountered.
Please note that we, as a rule, are obliged to deliver the copies in print, no matter/even if the article can be found online. This is due to the copyright rules that the libraries are subject to.
You can read more about online access to the library’s materials in this guide. The most common problems are described in our FAQ.
Suggest a new journal subscription
If you are missing a journal that we do not have a subscription to you are welcome to suggest the new title here. Your suggestion should be based on a professional /subject-related argument as well as an assessment of the journals’ relevance for SDU.
Suggestions are prioritized and evaluated four times a year. Due to economic reasons, we are at the moment unable to subscribe to new titles without having to cancel existing subscriptions. If you think that a product within your subject area is no longer relevant, you are welcome to suggest cancellation of the subscription. All decisions regarding our subscriptions are made by the library based on an overall evaluation.
