Understand and improve your websites
Web analytics helps you identify errors and understand user behaviour. Learn how to perform navigation analysis, page analysis and SEO analysis and make your websites perform better.
Why do web analytics?
Web analytics is an important tool to ensure that SDU's web pages support user needs and expectations. When we analyse our web content, we gain insight into how users navigate, what they are looking for and where they encounter obstacles. This helps us identify concrete opportunities for improvement - before problems grow.
Working with web analytics is about taking responsibility for the quality and relevance of content. This means that we continuously assess whether our pages:
- are easy to find and navigate.
- communicate clearly and are easy to read.
- are optimised to be found via internal and external searches.
The purpose is to strengthen the user experience and ensure that SDU's web pages appear professional, credible and effective - for students, employees and external partners.
