As part of the transition to SDU’s Vehicle Fleet, the cars will be prepared for use between 5–11 January 2026. Therefore, all existing bookings for use from 5 January 2026 onwards will be cancelled for cars being transferred to SDU’s Vehicle Fleet.
However, you are guaranteed a car during this period if you have a booking that gets cancelled due to the transition. You just need to follow the booking instructions on this page.

I have already booked a car - what should I do?
You don’t need to do anything.
All existing bookings for use before 5 January will be honoured and you can use the car you have already booked.
If you have any questions about the use of the car, key collection, etc. please contact your faculty and department. For the Central Administration, please refer to the current guide for service cars.
Your existing booking will be cancelled.
Please contact Technical Services at 8888@sdu.dk as soon as possible and they will ensure that a car is ready for you.
You cannot book a car yourself via Mileage Book, the new booking system.
You are guaranteed a car on that day.

Please book a new car from SDU’s Vehicle Fleet via the new booking system Mileage Book. You can already make the booking now
You are guaranteed a car on that day. If no cars are available in Mileage Book, please contact Technical Services at 8888@sdu.dk by 1 December 2025. Techical Service will ensure that a car is ready for you.

I need a car, but I don't have an existing booking - what should I do?
You need to book a vehicle following the usual procedure.
If you have any questions about the use of the vehicle, key collection, etc. please contact your faculty or department. For the Central Administration, please refer to the current guide for the use of service vehicles.
