For all products, if you order more than the stated maximum quantity or if it is more urgent than our production times, a quote will be obtained from an external supplier and the cost of the entire job will be invoiced to the customer.
You will receive an email when your order has been finalised and is sent by post for delivery or is ready for pick-up.

OUH's central mailroom in Odense
Technic Services department collects materials from the Graphic Centre every day at 13:00. Delivery takes place the following business day. If your order is not ready for collection before 13:00, please allow an extra business day for delivery.

Delivery with PostNord usually takes 1-3 business days. We do not deliver to private addresses.

Pick up your order in the Graphic Centre
You can always choose to pick up your order in the Graphic Centre's 'Pick-up zone' in Odense.
Entrance via "Stenten" - your order is on the shelf under the stairs.
There is also access from Campusvej at the Odense tram station "SDU University".
