You can help strengthen SDU’s international visibility by sharing relevant academic and employer contacts through the QS Reputation Management System.

Why your contacts matter

SDU uses the QS Reputation Management System (QS RMS) to strengthen and professionalize the management of international academic and employer relationships.

The platform helps SDU build a stronger and more representative international network while ensuring GDPR-compliant processes for contact management. Several international rankings include academic and employer reputation surveys as part of their methodology. Many of the people who know SDU best already exist within our research networks, collaborations, and partnerships.The system makes it easier to identify and manage these relationships in a structured way.

If you collaborate with international researchers, universities, organisations or employers, you can help strengthen SDU’s international visibility by sharing relevant contacts through the QS Reputation Management System.

  • International research collaborators
  • Academic peers and experts
  • Conference and network contacts
  • Industry and employer partners
  • International organizations and associations

Academic contacts, as defined by QS

  • Contacts should have knowledge of academic excellence in a higher education institution (HEI).
  • Contacts should be involved in teaching and/or research, including academics, research, or library staff.

Employer contacts, as defined by QS

  • Employer contacts may include anyone involved in hiring decisions in a private or public organization. You may submit more than one contact from the same organisation.
  • Do not submit contacts from higher education institutions or research institutes as employer contacts.

Details required for every contact

Provide the following details for both academic and employer contacts:

  • Title
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Gender
  • Work or academic email
  • Job title
  • Country of university or organisation
  • Frequency of contact
  • Spoken language (Please select English or Danish. This determines the language of the GDPR letter that is sent to the contact.)

  • Subject

Additional details for employer contacts

  • Organisation
  • Insustry
