In this course, you will receive inspiration in good management in a research environment. You will build a network with other research leaders and get the opportunity to receive feedback, as well as work with specific management considerations and challenges you encounter in your work. You will work to set strategic directions and develop goals for your research management and the research group, in collaboration with the group and your leader.
