1. Before you use Copilot

Before you start using Copilot with a premium license, there are some prerequisites that need to be in place.

2. Responsible Use of AI

Mandatory module: In connection with access to Microsoft Copilot Premium, all employees must complete this module.

Once you have tidied up and completed “Responsible Use of AI,” you can get to know your Copilot better.

You are responsible for continuously keeping yourself informed about these and ensuring that you comply with them in your work.

Why Copilot?

We are pleased to make Microsoft Copilot Premium available to you. 

The solution unlocks features that can ease daily tasks by assisting with both routine tasks and brainstorming ideas, solutions, and answers - all while ensuring data security, data protection, and governance are considered.

SDU has chosen Microsoft Copilot as the AI tool for working with SDU's enterprise data because it is integrated into the Microsoft 365 platform we already use, thereby operating within our existing security, rights, and compliance setup, ensuring our data remains protected and is not used to train external models.
