Links to useful information about big and small matters

It can be difficult to get an overview at the beginning. We have gathered some practical information and links that we hope can help you.

IT help:

The Service Desk (SDU IT) can assist you if you have problems with your computer or if you have any IT-related questions. You can either call, email them, or visit their service office for help (Gydehutten).

Access to SDU – External and Internal Doors:

As a general rule, external doors will be open Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Internal doors/department doors are generally open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and until 3:30 PM on Fridays. Outside of normal opening hours, you will need to use your employee card to gain access. If you get locked out, you can contact Technical Service at 6550 8888.

Your IP key must be updated at least once every 4 weeks. Find an iLoc box at each entrance on level 0. See the map with the location of the boxes.

SDU handbook:

 In the SDU employee handbook, you can find help and explanations for the most common SDU-related matters. The information is generally for SDU. Therefore, be aware that there may be specific contact persons/guidelines for IP regarding, for example, holidays, purchases, travel reimbursements, etc. You can find this information on the Psychology Drive.
