When you report a security incident via the form, the University of Southern Denmark processes information about you – specifically your full name and your email address. The information is processed for the following purposes only:
- To identify the person who notified a security breach
- To be able to sign for the notification
- To be able to contact the notifier if further information about the matter/course of events is needed.
The information is therefore processed only for SDU, as data controller, to comply with the rules of keeping an internal log of security breaches. If you have questions about the processing of your personal information in this regard, you can contact SDU’s data protection officer.
