Copilot Chat is Microsoft’s version of the better-known tool ChatGPT.
Copilot is built on the same language model as ChatGPT combined with the latest information from the internet.
When you communicate with Copilot, it can understand your context and you can refer to previous questions and answers in the same thread.
Copilot Chat has also integrated the well-known Bing Image Creator from DALL.E 3, which creates completely new AI images based on your individual prompts.

Copilot chat offers two primary approaches to prompting and receiving responses:
Dialogue-Based Interface
Interactive Prompting: Engage in a conversation with Copilot. Your prompts are directly responded to, allowing for real-time adjustments and refinements.
Notebook Interface
Static Prompting: Input your prompt into a dedicated field and receive a response. Subsequent edits to the prompt can be made without affecting the previous interaction.
A chat session provides an interactive platform for communication with Copilot.
You initiate a conversation by providing a prompt, to which Copilot generates a response. This entire interaction is recorded as a dialogue thread, allowing you to review the conversation history.
Important!
Please note that all prompts and responses within a session are permanently deleted upon session termination. It is strongly recommended to save any desired information before ending a session.
To prevent accidental data loss, please configure your browser settings to open hyperlinks in a new tab. Clicking on a link within the current tab might lead to the session's termination, rendering the previous conversation inaccessible.
Image Processing
You can upload various image formats (.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif) for image analysis.
Copilot possesses the capability to extract text from these images.
Please be aware that all generated image formats are square.
Document Processing
A wide range of document formats is supported, including .pdf, .doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx, .xls, .xlsx, .txt, .rtf, .zip, and .rar.
Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech
Copilot supports multiple languages, including Danish, for speech-to-text conversion. Simply click the microphone icon to input your prompt verbally.
Please ensure that speech recognition is enabled in your browser settings.
Once Copilot has generated a response, you have the option to listen to the response being read aloud.
