Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese martial art that is based on your inner strength and calmness. During the activity, we get through most of the main elements, such as meditative movements, self-defense, and partner exercises. When you leave, you will have at least two exercises with you that you can use on a daily basis to de-stress and sharpen your focus.
