The performance and development review (‘MUS’) at SDU is an annually recurring development review between manager and employee. Based on the employee’s everyday life, MUS gives the manager and employee the opportunity for a more in-depth dialogue and matching of expectations about goals, tasks, well-being, collaborative relationships, professional and personal development.
