The Q&A consists of questions that your colleagues have previously asked in connection with the examination. New questions and answers will be added on an ongoing basis. If you did not find an answer to your question, please contact uddannelseskommunikation@sdu.dk.

About the exam

  • SDU’s FAQ on result registration provides you with answers. You can find it on our pages about Digital Exams.
  • To get help, contact the exam planner for the subject you are examining.
  • You can read more on the website of the Ministry of Higher Education and Science.
  • You cannot examine students without having seen photo identification and will unfortunately have to register ‘U’ for missing the Digital Exam.
  • You can read more about rules and procedures on the page here.
    Via the page, you can also access relevant templates in connection with reporting the incident and find contact information for the unit that processes the reports at SDU.

For examiners

  • Contact the exam planner you usually coordinate with (e.g. a secretary, a coordinator, etc.) as soon as possible. The exam planner will go forward with this, including information for students.

About students

    Guidance offers in connection with exams can be found on the study page at MitSDU.

Practical information

  • Technical Services provides support for exams held at SDU Odense, including room booking, setting up for oral exams and booking invigilators (exam supervisors). Read more about examination support.
  • Call 6550 8888 and an officer from Technical Services will come and unlock it for you.
