Work Place Assessment and Well-Being Survey at the administration of the Faculty of Engineering
In the fall of 2021 work place assessment and well-being survey was carried out for the entire SDU. You can read more about the results of the measurements as well as general guidelines for the work place assessments here.
At the faculty administration there has been chosen a number of focus points in relation to the psychological work environment based on the work place assessment as well as the subsequent PollEv meetings. You can read more about that here.
Furthermore, there will be worked with the areas of focus both by departments and across the faculty administration. Process and time plan for the work can be found here: (Access only for employees of the faculty administration)
The physical work environment will be handled separately by personal follow-up or mutual follow-up based on severity.
