Applicant sends application by e-mail to Jakob Møller-Jensen (JMJ) and Karin Hjernø (KH) cc applicant's PI/immediate superior. Send the application as early as possible and, as a minimum, 2 weeks before the course starts.

The application must as a minimum include:

• Course name
• Course date(s) and time
• Course location
• Course fee and possible other expenses
• Course programme must be attached
• Reason for applying for participation in the course/activity
• Indication that the participation has been agreed upon with PI/immediate superior
  
  
• Applicant will receive a reply to the application from KH cc Marianne Rasmussen, applicant’s PI/immediate superior and JMJ.
  
  
•  NEW! If it will be possible to apply for funding from The Agency for Competence Development in the State Sector, KH will contact applicant and help the applicant with the application. KH should be added as leader.
