GDPR and data security:

In addition to taking the mandatory GDPR course, we expect you to thoroughly familiarize yourself with Data Protection and Information Security for Researchers.

PURE:

All employees have a PURE profile (research profile/CV.) You are responsible for keeping it updated with, for example, publications, projects, and other relevant info about your research. Find guidance, information, log in and courses

Research Support Hub:

The Research Support Hub gives you access to relevant funding tools, help with applications, easier access to relevant colleagues, guides and resources, courses and much more. Read more about the gateway to research support services


SDU Research & Innovation Organisation (RIO):

SDU RIO supports researchers with, among other things, legal guidance in connection with the preparation of cooperation agreements. If you collaborate with others about data exchange, they are also helpful with the preparation of data processing agreements. Read more.

Statistical consultant at IOB:

Werner Vach is affiliated with IOB as a statistical consultant and adjunct professor. As an employee at IOB, you thus have the opportunity to get access to statistical advice at the highest level. Read more on IOB-intra

 

IOB’s research strategic committee:

IOB has established a research strategic committee, where all units are represented. The purpose of the committee is to identify research strategic directions that build on IOB’s overall strategy and build on ongoing research initiatives. The committee has the task of supporting the department’s continued development, including the development of research projects to support the department’s focus on equality, diversity and career planning.

The committee will focus on developing interdisciplinary research projects based on the research areas from two or more research units. Read more about the committee and its work here.

 

SDU Library Services

The Library is a part of SDU and is located on campus. SDU library is your access to articles, newspaper articles, and books.
