Welcome meeting for new IOB employees

The department has laboratories for basic research, skill laboratories for education, high performance lab for elite sports, and test laboratories.

For the conduct of practical sports, the department has ball halls, spring hall, movement hall, squash courts, 50 m swimming pool, as well as football and beach volleyball courts, etc.

As an employee at IOB, you have access to the department’s facilities with a few exceptions (for example, you cannot use the institute’s kayaks).

IOB provides a large part of the teaching on the following programmes:

Sports and Health (bachelor)
Sports and Health (master)  

Clinical Biomechanics (bachelor) 
Clinical Biomechanics (master)

Physiotherapy (master)

But teaching also takes place in other programmes such as medicine, welfare technology, and the European master’s program in Health and Physical Activity.
