LØFT er et netværksbaseret forløb med fokus på udvikling af forskningsgrupper via forskningsledelse. LØFT deltagere er drevet af en ambition om at øge egen forskningsgruppes forskningskvalitet og eksterne finansiering i praksis. Indsatserne i LØFT vedrører aktiviteter og processer omkring forskning og ikke selve forskningen.
