Health and Safety Committee

The Health and Safety Committee at the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences plans, manages and coordinates the health and safety area concerning:

  • Health and safety-related issues with financial implications for the Faculty
  • Fundamental matters for the area
  • Mental health and safety
  • Control of the Faculty’s health and safety level and health and safety work in the Faculty’s health and safety groups, which are anchored in the departments
  • Cases of relevance for the Faculty in which the Danish Working Environment Authority is involved

As a rule, the Health and Safety Committee holds four meetings a year, of which two are joint meetings with the Faculty’s Liaison Committee.

In addition, once a year the Committee hosts a local mass meeting for the Faculty’s entire occupational health and safety organisation.
