You now have access to the course rooms for the courses that, according to the course description (ODIN), you are associated with in autumn 2026. If there are any courses you do not have access to, please contact the course administrator for the relevant course.

Students will gain access to the course rooms on 2 August 2026 at 9.00 am.

A quick guide to the autumn course rooms

General course information
Every course room is created with the topic General course information and the associated plan General information, which is updated centrally. Please add any additional information specific to your course. Avoid transferring a similar topic and plan from previous course rooms.

AI and examinations
Where relevant, use the existing pages containing information about AI and examinations – both as information for students and as part of your teaching materials.

Copy materials from previous course rooms
Follow the guide Transfer teaching materials from an itslearning course to a new course under the heading Getting started with a course.

Plans and visibility for students
Add dates to all plans to make them more visible to students, and link plans to events in students’ timetables. You can read more under E-learn/itslearning. Here you will find the guide How to connect plans and timetables in itslearning under the heading Specific information for the Faculty of Health Sciences.

Update outdated tests
The original test tool in itslearning (version 2.0) will be removed during summer 2026. Tests created in version 2.0 can be identified by the grey logo, while tests created in version 3.0 have an orange logo.

When you open a test created in version 2.0, you will be given the option to update it. Always compare the updated version with the original test, as some elements may not transfer correctly. Only delete the old test once you have confirmed that all content has been transferred.
