Committee for Equality and Diversity at TEK
The committee's overarching goal is to promote equality and diversity. The committee works to ensure that all talents are utilized and to identify the barriers preventing more women from becoming research leaders, professors, and leaders in general. This is achieved, among other things, by identifying the measures that the Faculty of Engineering can implement to achieve greater gender balance and foster an inclusive culture.
