Committee for Equality and Diversity at TEK - TEK DEI

The main purpose of the committee is to secure equality and diversity among TEK staff. The committee is committed to working towards equal possibilities for all talented staff, e.g., when it comes to being professors, head of research, and managers in general. The committee will identify the need and ways to break down barriers and secure an environment with equal career possibilities regardless of gender and cultural background.
