Guidelines for AI

Copyright and data protection

AI relies on large amounts of collected data. Therefore, some of the data it is trained on may be copyrighted. This means that you can't be sure that the material produced by AI does not infringe copyright. In addition, AI-generated works are not protected by copyright.

There may also be special copyright conditions that apply if you insert text, such as a scientific article into a chatbot.
