"More calm, less stress and greater joy in your everyday life": This is how some of the participants from the Department of Biology describe the effect of the mindfulness course they took part in last year. Inspired by this and as part of the faculty's APV action plan about stress, the faculty is now offering a course in mindfulness for interested employees.
The English-language mindfulness course that was scheduled for the spring of 2024 has been cancelled due to too few participants.
