Pre- and onboarding of new employees

In welcoming new staff, it is important to ensure that they feel secure, engaged and integrated into both the professional and social aspects of the workplace as quickly as possible. This is done through structured pre-boarding and onboarding.

Pre-boarding is the process that takes place in the period from the signing of the contract to the first day of work, whereas onboarding is all the practical, personal and relational activities that take place from the first day of work onwards.
