A focus on internationalisation, equality and diversity requires targeted efforts to attract qualified applicants from the entire talent pool and that all applicants are treated equally.

Two requirements promote a broad and international recruitment process:

1. All academic positions must be advertised internationally  
2. A minimum of three qualified applicants is required when hiring academic staff
