Our development focus in 2023 is
To continuously optimize collaboration processes, both with other departments and units with whom we share processes, and internally within the unit, with a particular focus on reducing variance in our support. We will do this by increasingly incorporating and utilizing digital tools in processes and task completion, and with a strong focus on the units overall competence profile in communication and guidance, digital transformation, and development support.
