The ongoing development of the Study Administration focuses on becoming an agile administration that students in full-time education, employees, and management experience as adaptable, informative, and service-oriented. We always work on two levels, where we simultaneously improve the quality of the good and professional service to the organisation as a whole and continuously streamline the administration.
Finally, it is crucial that employees have the right skills and the right working environment to contribute to the Study Administration's portfolio of tasks in support of the strategic objectives of lifelong learning and educational tools through the concrete implementation in the educational field, with a particular focus on the students.
Development focus in 2023:
- Adaptation to new tasks, including the opening of the Study Guidance at the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences
- Special focus on all the web pages on mitsdu.dk
- Employee days to support our work environment initiatives
- Start-up and adaptation to new IT systems (New ESDH system, SIS, etc.)
- Service Journey reboot - working with Service Journey version 2
