Educational Quality
The Faculty of Business and Social Sciences is firmly committed to Educational Quality, guided by its mission to generate knowledge across disciplinary boundaries, strengthen external partnerships, and offer flexible learning pathways — all with the aim of equipping graduates to play an active and meaningful role in society's institutions.
All programmes and programme elements are subject to systematic quality assurance through SDU's and the Faculty's quality processes, drawing on input from a wide range of contributors, including leadership, staff, external stakeholders, and students.
Work in this area includes implementing SDU's quality policy at faculty level — setting out and maintaining workflows, timelines, and templates, and ensuring clear lines of responsibility, so that quality assurance operates systematically and in keeping with the University's overarching principles. Within the Educational Quality and Development Unit, this work is coordinated by Morten Vestergaard-Lund and T'neal Pickett.
