Fields of work
We are a unit consisting of four professional areas that help ensure the smooth execution of the faculty’s tasks.
In the PhD administration, we handle admissions, administration, quality assurance, data and development, and we support supervisors, committees and management.
In Finance, we produce budgets, prepare forecasts, deliver data and models, and provide sparring to departments and management.
In HR - Academic Recruitment, we manage academic recruitment and provide leaders and committees with a solid administrative foundation.
In General Staff, we oversee operations, travel, procurement, holiday & absence, and general support etc.
We prioritise collaboration, transparent processes and solutions that make sense in everyday practice.
