Process and Project Support
The Faculty of Business and Social Sciences works continuously on development and change – from smaller strategic initiatives to larger cross-faculty projects.An important part of this work is ensuring that processes and projects are carried out in a structured, efficient manner with the involvement of the right stakeholders.
The tasks range from supporting smaller processes and strategic initiatives to full project management of larger, cross-cutting faculty projects. In addition, advisory services and guidance are offered on the use of IT tools as well as project and process management tools, alongside general assistance to support progress in ongoing processes and projects.
Within the Educational Quality and Development Unit, it is Kristoffer Sehestedt Pinholt and Mette M. G. Pedersen who primarily handle tasks related to process support and project management.
