Strategy and Educational Communications
Within Strategy and Educational Communications, we work both strategically and operationally on tasks and initiatives that cut across the organisation.
Our key focus areas include:
- communication related to strategically selected priority areas
- cross-functional improvement of communicative quality
- lead generation / organic marketing
- target group insight and preferences
In addition to day-to-day communications work, we engage in strategic educational communications. This includes working from a set of communication principles designed to ensure consistent quality across subject areas and disciplines.
A strong target group focus is a core element of our work. We work systematically with defined target groups across all our educational offerings, including generational preferences and customer-type segmentation.
We develop communication plans, conceptualise initiatives, and design and deliver activities for selected cross-cutting initiatives and strategic focus areas within educational communications.
Lead generation is also a key focus area for this group. Through a range of initiatives, channels, and ongoing promotion, we capture leads and distribute newsletters and direct mail. The aim is to inspire and inform our stakeholders through channels that are not dependent on algorithms or advertising spend.
In addition, we manage and support social media profiles for continuing education programmes as a community-building activity. The objective is to reach relevant target groups through both current and former students.
