What we focus on

Our work is guided by the strategy of the Faculty Administration towards 2030, which is built around three central focus areas:

1. A strategically oriented administration

We create coherence between the faculty’s strategies and our daily tasks. We apply shared methods and tools, ensure clear prioritisation, and translate strategic decisions into concrete practice.

2. Development and improvement

We work systematically with data, analysis and user involvement to develop smart, efficient and digital solutions. The aim is to deliver solutions that are both high‑quality and broadly usable – not only within a narrow circle.

Courage, curiosity and continuous learning are key elements of our development culture.

3. An outstanding workplace

We prioritise well‑being, integrity and a strong collegial community. We focus on effective procedures ensuring that we work in the smartest way possible and meet the needs of our users. Clear procedural descriptions help make our work less vulnerable.

Good leadership, competence development, and a balance between operations and development form the foundation of our work. With solid structures in place, periods of high activity or pressure can be managed effectively.
