In common areas, waste can be sorted into five bins:
- Residual waste
- Bio-waste
- Paper and cardboard
- Glass and metal
- Plastics, food cartons and beverage cartons
‘Behind the scenes’, SDU handles a total of 30 fractions, of which 21 are recycled.
