The reception is available to assist with any practical questions, including directions.
The reception in Odense also handles the following tasks:
- Servicing the conference section.
- Lost property – stored for three weeks.
- Lending of first aid kit.
- Switchboard for incoming calls.

Outside of the above-mentioned hours, calls are forwarded to the on-call service.
