Technical Services manages the allocation of spaces and rooms at SDU.

- Shared workstations at the Copenhagen Campus (SIF)
Twice a year (1 March and 1 October), Technical Services updates the distribution of office modules in relation to the number of employees at department level at Campus Odense. This forms the basis for any proposals from the faculties for changes to be made, which are submitted to the management.
We endeavour to accommodate everyone while focusing on the strategic unification of units and faculties. This sometimes requires redistribution, which we plan in collaboration with the parties involved.
Remember
In order to maintain valid data for the number of rooms in each department, it is important to inform Technical Services if there are any employee moves that cause changes at this level. This applies to all SDU locations.
If you are employed at SDU, you automatically have access to the shared workstations at Studiestræde 6 (SIF) and Skt. Peders Stræde 5.
All workstations operate on a first come, first served basis.
Workstations cannot be booked, so desks must be cleared at the end of each working day.
There are 8 shared workstations distributed between the ground floor and the third floor.
