My name is Zaya Gerili, and I’m from China. I joined SIF on August 15, and I’m very excited to be part of the team.
I have a deep interest in maternal and infant health. I completed my master’s degree in public health in China this summer, where I focused on the association between prenatal exposure to persistent organic pollutants (POPs) and infant health. Moving forward, my research will explore how POPs affect women’s ability to breastfeed.
I’m really looking forward to sharing interesting ideas and learning from everyone!
