This training session will challenge both your strength and conditioning. You can participate at your own pace and scale the intensity, so it is suiting for you. The focus is on basic exercises and high intensity.
Clothes/equipment:
Shoes and clothes you can move in. Feel free to bring your water bottle if you need something to drink during the session.

There is support from SDU's management for all employees at SDU to participate in Movement Day 2023 to the extent that the individual employee's work tasks allow it.
