Committees and strategies for career and skills development at SDU

Objective:

The Committee for Skills Development at SDU must contribute to SDU being able to fulfil the wish in the Staff Policy Guidelines to offer strategic and systematic skills development, so that the skills development efforts contribute to the development of the individual employee and to the development of SDU as an organisation.

The Committee must also ensure dialogue with the liaison committees of the main areas on the particular requirements that may apply for the individual main area and also involve other relevant bodies, e.g. the Academic Council, PhD Council and RI Council.

Strategies:

The Committee must develop and maintain strategies for the skills and career development, as well as discuss the need for skills development activities that support these strategies.
