SDU HR
Changes to new hires with and without adverts
Is this a self-organiser or not?
As a result of the new law on time registration and its implementation at SDU, a decision must be made at the beginning of recruitment as to whether the person appointed to the position can be considered a self-organiser.
At SDU, TAP managers, VIPs and D-VIPs can be self-organisers following a specific management assessment. What is assessed is the form and content of the work. Read more about self-organisers on SDUNet
As a consequence, SDU HR has adjusted the process for appointments with and without advertisement for VIP, D-VIP and TAP managers, and the job advertisement templates and the form for request for appointment have been changed.
The change entails extra attention in relation to passing on information in SDU HCM for employees at faculties and departments who are responsible for recruitment and for HR consultants in SDU HR.
