SDU’s Management Network
SDU’s Management Network is for managers with staff responsibilities. The network is a forum for professional sparring and discussion of development opportunities and issues related to management. The network meets about 4 times a year for professional events – preferably of a highly professional and academic nature and always with communication and networking across SDU in focus.

Sparring
Leadership sparring groups
Leadership sparring groups are for managers with staff responsibilities who would like sparring and input into their own leadership practice. A leadership sparring group typically consists of 4-6 managers who meet approx. once a quarter and give each other sparring on specific challenges and inspiration for how to handle the leadership role well at SDU. In the start-up phase, meetings are facilitated by an experienced HR consultant.

Coaching
Mentoring scheme for new leaders
The mentor/mentee relationship is a framework for professional and personal career development for both parties. The individual mentoring teams are primarily responsible for the quality and benefits of the relationship. The mentee is responsible for the content of the conversation, and the mentor for the framework and process. Human Resource Service/the Consultancy Group manages the mentoring scheme and matches mentors and mentees.
