Registration and start-up
The leadership sparring groups are put together regularly by consultants in HR. Upon registration, you will receive confirmation and be placed on a waiting list. You will receive an email when a new sparring group, which you can join, has been created. The sparring groups are put together on the basis of seniority, type of position (academic staff or technical/administrative staff), management level and distribution across faculties.
The meetings are initially facilitated by an experienced consultant from HR.
