APV 2024
SDU's Workplace Assessment and Well-being Survey 2024 is approaching
Who is better suited to assess the working environment than the employees themselves?
This autumn, we will be conducting our Workplace Assessment and Well-being Survey across the entire university. In Denmark, it is a legal requirement to continuously assess workplace risk factors and problems and to develop action plans to address and solve these issues.
Every three years, we must review the working environment across the entire university. This is a high-priority process at SDU, beginning in October with a large-scale survey of university employees and running until April 2025:
- The Workplace Assessment and Well-being Survey (questionnaire) will be conducted from October 8 to October 31.
- In mid-November, SDU will receive reports presenting the results of the Workplace Assessment and Well-being Survey. These reports will be made available to all employees.
- Managers and employees at all faculties and in the Central Administration will then discuss the results and possible initiatives to develop and improve the working environment and well-being. Occupational health and safety leaders and representatives are responsible for summarizing these discussions and preparing action plans.
- The results will also be discussed in health and safety committees and liaison committees as well as in the Executive Board and the Board of SDU.
- By April 30, 2025, all units must have agreed on initiatives and prepared action plans, which will be made available to employees.
It is important that we all contribute to a positive physical and psychological working environment where we thrive and feel engaged and motivated in our work.
A key contribution is participating in the Workplace Assessment and Well-being Survey in October and engaging in constructive dialogue about the results in the following period.
