Consultancy from SDU HR, Work Environment & Development becomes free of charge
As from 1 January 2024, managers and units at SDU can request consultancy from SDU HR, Work Environment & Development free of charge. The new framework for consultancy has been introduced to reduce the University’s administration.
SDU HR’s Work Environment & Development unit provides HR consultancy services within three main areas:
- Leadership development, such as:
- Management group development and individual leadership coaching on management tasks
- Strategy processes
- Strategic management of academic environments
- Organisational development, such as:
- Analyses, mapping and evaluations (on a small scale)
- Development processes
- Change processes
- Restructuring/organisational changes
- Group development
- Implementation of strategies, strategic initiatives, methods, tools
- Mental health and safety and well-being, such as:
- Mental health and safety and well-being
- Stress and pressure at work
- Conflicts and failure to thrive
- Psychological well-being
- Offensive behaviour
- Sick leave – prevention, management, return to work
Please note:
The consultancy team in SDU HR has not been allocated more resources, and tasks must therefore still be agreed and planned. Please contact us well in advance when you predict a need for or wish to receive consultancy assistance.
If the consultancy team cannot take on the task due to scope or timing, we can discuss alternative solutions with you, including external consultancy. External solutions are at the requisitioner’s own expense.
The scheme applies to tasks requisitioned after 1 January 2024.
