Development and implementation of HR-related procedures and systems
- Study and test of system requests
- Development of new functionality, including reports
- Participation in collaborative networks around implementation and development of the system landscape at SDU
Operational tasks on systems for which SDU HR has system ownership
- Technical support for HR employees
- Upgrades
- Troubleshooting and correction of errors and adaptation of functionality
- Execution og GDPR-related tasks in the systems (deletion of data, checking of roles etc.)
- Handling of official electronic inquiries to the SDU mailbox
Supplier contact
- Meetings regarding the ERP system (ØSS) collaboration, including on quarterly upgrades
- Meetings with the other universities on possible joint procurement
- Meetings with Oracle, Miracle, EVOSYS, FormPipe, Visma, Axla, SSV, etc.
